09/29/2017 PROPERTY UPDATE: 1:56 p.m. Internet service at the property is expected to be restored today.
09/28/2017 PROPERTY UPDATE: 2:00 p.m. All units at the property now have functioning internet access. The office's connection to key reservation systems has not yet been restored, though we are working diligently to restore access.
09/27/2017 PROPERTY UPDATE: 3:00 p.m. We have begun to install the new patio ceiling fans that were damaged. Damaged screens have been repaired as well.
09/26/2017 PROPERTY UPDATE: 2:12 p.m. The management company is meeting with your Board today, 9/26/17, to provide a complete property update and progress report.
09/25/2017 PROPERTY UPDATE: 2:36 p.m. No new updates.
09/24/2017 PROPERTY UPDATE: 2:21 p.m. The property still does not have access to the internet or emails; however, phones are operational and will be monitored today until 1 p.m. Phones will return to normal operating hours on Monday. Moisture mapping is now complete.
09/23/2017 PROPERTY UPDATE: 3:00 p.m. No new updates.
09/22/2017 PROPERTY UPDATE: 1:39 p.m. The property still does not have access to internet or emails; however, phone services has been restored. Repairs to The Gardenia Room have been completed.
09/21/2017 PROPERTY UPDATE: 2:56 p.m. The property does not have internet, access to emails or cable.
09/20/2017 PROPERTY UPDATE: 2:26 p.m. The property is now able to receive inbound calls; however, the property still does not have access to the internet or emails. Repairs to the balcony and screens are in process. Water mapping continues and dehumidifiers and blowers are being used throughout the property. The pool and spa are fixed. The insurance adjuster is scheduled to be on-site in a few days.
09/19/2017 PROPERTY UPDATE: 3:00 p.m. The property is still does not have access to the internet. Water mapping should be completed by the end of the week.
09/18/2017 PROPERTY UPDATE: 2:33 p.m. The property still does not have access to the internet, emails or the property management system. Water mapping continues, and repairs to the patios and screens begin today.
09/17/2017 PROPERTY UPDATE: 2:38 p.m. The property still does not have access to the internet, emails or the property management system. Water mapping will begin today. Repairs to patios and screens will begin tomorrow.
09/16/2017 PROPERTY UPDATE: 2:04 p.m. The pool and hot tub are fixed. The property still does not have access to the internet, emails or the property management system.
09/15/2017 PROPERTY UPDATE: 2:37 p.m. The property has power and phone service, but now has limited water. Inbound calls are still not being answered at this time.
09/14/2017 PROPERTY UPDATE: 2:47 p.m. The property has water, limited power and phone service; however, inbound calls are not being answered at this time.
09/13/2017 PROPERTY UPDATE: The property currently does not have power, water or phone service. Although we have done initial assessments, our findings may change once further assessments are completed. At this time, it appears that we do not have any major structural or water damage, but we do have minor water intrusion in several rooms. We have a contractor evaluating the water damage and will recommend remediation steps. Gardenia room had significant water intrusion. Several screens are out in the units; however, the new windows in the foyers held up well. In addition, we have minor landscaping damage.
